5. The students receive their photos by mail
The students or parents order their photos within 3-6 weeks. When they order, they receive their photos digitally via email. The produced photos on paper are then sent to their home by post.
We only produce images that are actually requested. This is good for the environment and practical for everyone, as there is no need for the tedious process of selling portfolios or images and collecting money.

How does registration work and how is data protection regulated?
Protecting student data is our top priority and we work strictly GDPR compliant. Parents can register conveniently and in compliance with data protection regulations via a secure online link. They will also be informed directly as soon as the school photos are available online after the photo shoot.
How many designs are created per student, and are there also individual portraits?
Where exactly do you take photos in the school?
For class photos, we like to use the schoolyard or the school's assembly hall. When taking individual portraits, we adapt to the weather: If the sun is shining, we like to photograph the students outside in the schoolyard or the school garden; if the weather is bad, we set up our equipment flexibly in a separate room or a gymnasium. We can find the perfect backdrop for any school building.
What additional workload is required from the school management and staff?
The effort required from the school and the teaching staff is minimal, as we handle all sales through our online shop. There's no need to sell photo packages or for teachers to collect money. Furthermore, we place great importance on a completely smooth process on the photo day, so that lessons are disrupted as little as possible. All we need from the school is a schedule prepared in advance and teachers who ensure that the classes arrive at the set at the agreed time. Our experienced photographers take care of the rest.
